2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location:

Domestic Shipping (Within Thailand)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs processing.

Note: These time frames are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email:

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is correct before placing the order.
Love Thailand is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment numbers
  • Unreachable recipients

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We always try to ensure safe delivery, but issues may happen:

  • If your item arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours so we can assist you.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
